This survey is intended for women who attended "Expanding Your Horizons" conferences during their middle, junior high or high school years. EYH conferences have been held all over the United States since 1976 and are licensed and coordinated by the EYH Network.

Your answers to the survey will help the Network track the career paths of EYH alumnae, and show that the conferences are effective in encouraging girls to pursue science and math-based careers. Feel free to contact the EYH Network if you have any questions. Please pass on the URL of this survey to any EYH alumnae you know. If you work as a scientist or engineer, or are a scientist or engineer in training, please also consider filling out this survey.

CONSENT STATEMENT for the Expanding Your Horizons? Alumnae Survey.

You are being asked to contribute your thoughts and recollections to a survey hosted and owned by the Expanding Your Horizons Network, national coordinator of Expanding Your Horizons conferences since 1976.

Your recorded responses will be used as part of the materials generated, and possibly published, by a research project into the effectiveness of Expanding Your Horizons conferences being carried out by the EYH Network. The typed responses that you contribute will be used, in part or in full, for reproduction and/or citation by scholars and other individuals participating in this project. Your participation in this project may allow the EYH Network (previously known as the Math/Science Network),  scholars, and people such as yourself, to gain a greater understanding of the topic of the survey.
